When a user visits certain pages of an Adwords client's website and the cookie stored on their computer is still valid, Google and the client can identify that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is allocated to each Adwords client. This means that the cookies cannot be traced by the Adwords clients' websites. We do not collect or process any personal data for the above-mentioned advertising measures. Google only provides us with statistical evaluations. These enable us to identify the most effective advertising methods. We do not receive any additional data from the advertising methods used, and in particular we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.

The marketing tools used automatically establish a direct connection between your browser and Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google as a result of the use of this tool; we therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge: Through the integration of the AdWords conversion, Google receives the information that you have visited the corresponding part of our website or that you have clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered for a Google service, Google can link your visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may know and store your IP address.
You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:

Bing Ads

Our online offerings use conversion tracking from Microsoft Corporation, (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Microsoft Bing Ads places a cookie on your device when you access our website via a Microsoft Bing ad. In this way, Microsoft Bing and Gicaomo Moda & Co SPRL can identify that someone has clicked on an ad, been redirected to our site and reached a previously determined target page (conversion page). We only know the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were then redirected to the conversion page. No personal information on the identity of the user is communicated. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can refuse the installation of the required cookie, for example by configuring your browser, which generally disables the automatic use of cookies. INTEGRATION OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS

On our site, we have integrated videos that are stored on YouTube and can be launched directly from our pages. YouTube is a multimedia service of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA ("YouTube"), a Google LLC company, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google and the company in the YouTube group have signed up to the EU-US Privacy Shield for the possible transfer of personal data to the United States. The legal basis is Art. 6, para. 1 S. 1 f) of the GDPR, which is based on our legitimate interest in integrating video content and images.

When you visit our website, YouTube and Google are informed that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our site. This is independent of whether or not you are connected to YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google use this data for advertising purposes, for market research and to adapt their websites to your needs. If you visit YouTube via our website while logged in to your YouTube or Google profile, YouTube and Google may also link this event to each of your profiles. If you do not want this link to be established, you must log out of Google before visiting our website.

OTHER DATA RECIPIENTS

The data we collect will only be passed on if it is necessary for the performance of the contract, or for the provision of the technical functionality of the website, or if there is another legal basis for passing on the data.

Some of the data processing may be carried out by our service providers. In addition to the service providers mentioned in this data protection declaration, other service providers may include computer centres that store our website and databases, IT service providers that maintain our system, consultancy firms, suppliers, carriers, postal operators and textile workshop partners. The service providers to whom we send the data are only authorised to use it for the purposes of carrying out their tasks. These service providers have been rigorously selected and commissioned by us. They are contractually bound by our instructions, have their own technical and organisational measures to protect the rights of data subjects and are regularly audited by us.

The legal basis for the aforementioned data processing is the legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1 f) of the RGPD.
Data may also be transferred in connection with administrative requests, court orders and legal proceedings if this is necessary for the prosecution or enforcement thereof.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

In principle, we store personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the contractual or legal obligations for which we collected the data. Thereafter, we delete the data immediately unless we still need it up to the statutory limitation period, in order to serve as evidence in the event of civil law claims or due to statutory retention obligations.

For purposes of proof, we must retain contractual data for three years after the end of the year in which the business relationship ended. Any claims will lapse at the earliest after the statutory limitation period.

At a later date, we may need to store some of your data for accounting purposes. We are obliged to do this because of the legal documentation obligations that may arise from the Commercial Code, the Tax Code, the Credit Act, the Money Laundering Act and the Securities Trading Act. The corresponding retention periods range from two to ten years.
